The Sunshine yoga sandbag can be used for yoga as well as Pilates. The bag arrives at your home empty and is very easy to fill. The nylon exterior is durable and machine washable. The outer bag has a zipper enclosure and comes with a handle for easy carrying as well as for ease of use during yoga poses. There is a secure, leak-proof black nylon inner bag that also has a zipper closure.
